Role Purpose

The Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams in Digital Operations and IT to develop and enhance enterprise websites and digital front door capabilities supporting consumer access to care. The role involves leading efforts in web content management (preferably Acquia Drupal) and Find a Doctor (Yext search), with deep expertise in content management systems to modernize digital experiences and drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage team members: hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and professional development, ensuring alignment with departmental goals.
• Develop and adhere to staffing, revenue, and expense budgets, responding to business changes affecting goals.
• Oversee daily operations of BJC’s public-facing websites, developing compelling digital experiences that meet objectives while ensuring CMS architecture is flexible, maintainable, and well-documented.
• Recommend site and backend optimizations based on data and best practices for conversion.
• Research and analyze data to improve web properties, staying updated on industry trends.
• Evaluate requirements, identify gaps/risks, and support prioritization and planning.
• Implement Agile practices, support troubleshooting, and promote knowledge sharing through analysis, documentation, training, and mentoring.
