Job summary

Rock Entertainment Group is seeking a Digital Experience Manager to own the day-to-day digital experience for the Cleveland Sirens across web, mobile, and fan-facing platforms. You will translate brand, marketing, and ticketing priorities into digital execution with a focus on conversion and fan experience as the team builds toward 2028.

You will work with Marketing, Ticket Operations, BI, Partnerships, and REG's AI team to deliver engaging digital experiences and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 3-5 years creating consumer-facing web sites and mobile apps.
  • Passion for the Sirens brand and digital fan experience.
  • Proficiency with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and CMS (Drupal/WordPress).
  • Experience with GA4/Adobe Analytics and mapping metrics to business goals.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy.
  • Strong communication; able to present across teams.
  • Willing to work flexible hours including game nights.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day digital experience of clevelandsirens.com and the Sirens' mobile app.
  • Support ticketing and marketing in digital properties.
  • Execute A/B tests and UX improvements to drive conversions.
  • Collaborate on personalization and unified fan profiles.
  • Coordinate digital merchandising with Center Court and team shop.
  • Develop sellable digital assets for partnerships.
  • Lead partner-facing digital integrations and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Identify new digital inventory opportunities across platforms.
  • Oversee design, development, optimization, SEO, and back-end utility.
  • Ensure WCAG 2.1 AA, security, uptime standards.
  • Partner with REG AI team on AI-enabled fan experiences.
  • Assist tagging/instrumentation and vendor relationships.
  • Train stakeholders on site sections and emails.
  • Build and share analytics dashboards showing KPI results.
  • Other duties as assigned.

About the Cleveland Sirens:

The Cleveland Sirens are Cleveland's WNBA franchise, the league's 16th, set to tip off in 2028 at Rocket Arena. Introduced to the world on August 4, 2026, the Sirens brand was co-authored with the community over a 13-month process that engaged tens of thousands of people across Northeast Ohio. The name draws on Lake Erie, the region's defining natural asset, and the Siren herself is sharp, fearless and unapologetic, power, and a symbol of something greater than herself.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Rock Entertainment Group is seeking a Digital Experience Manager to own the day-to-day digital experience for the Cleveland Sirens, Cleveland's WNBA franchise, across web, mobile, and fan-facing digital platforms. The role, under the guidance of the team leader, translates Sirens brand, marketing, and ticketing priorities into digital execution with a strong focus on conversion, fan experience, and business outcomes, as the organization builds toward the team's first season in 2028.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this role, you will work closely with Consumer Marketing, Growth Marketing, Ticket Operations, Ticket Sales, Partnerships, Retail, Business Intelligence Group, Youth Sports and REG's AI team to bring the Sirens brand to life across digital platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver a great fan experience across web and mobile for Sirens fans while driving business results ahead of the team's first season.

  • Champions the day-to-day digital experience for clevelandsirens.com and the Sirens' mobile app, with a mobile-first approach from first fan touchpoint through post-event engagement.
  • Supports Ticket Sales and Marketing in executing ticketing strategies through the Sirens' digital properties, ensuring purchase flows, promotional placements, and inventory surfaces reflect ticketing product priorities.
  • Executes A/B tests and UX improvements to drive conversion and lead capture across membership acquisition and ancillary revenue channels.
  • Partners with Consumer Marketing and Growth Marketing to execute personalization tactics that connect Sirens digital touchpoints to the unified fan profile.
  • Coordinates with the retail team on Center Court and online team shop digital merchandising touchpoints.
  • Supports the Partnership Team in developing and executing sellable digital assets and co-branded digital experiences tied to the Sirens brand.
  • Serves as day-to-day execution lead for partner-facing digital integrations, ensuring partner commitments are delivered accurately and on time.
  • lags new digital inventory opportunities across web, mobile, and emerging platforms for the partnerships team.
  • Manages and supports the design, development, and continual optimization of Sirens digital properties, with a focus on user experience, SEO, and back-end utility.
  • Ensures Sirens digital properties meet standards for web performance, accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA), security, and uptime, consistent with the broader REG portfolio.
  • Partners with REG's dedicated AI team to identify how AI capabilities can enhance the Sirens fan experience and stays current on how emerging areas like answer engine optimization (AEO) and generative search are reshaping digital discoverability.
  • Supports digital tagging and instrumentation for Sirens properties in partnership with our Business Intelligence Group and helps manage the vendor relationships that support them.
  • Trains and transfers knowledge to internal stakeholders to distribute management of Sirens website sections, email templates, landing pages, and sweepstakes.
  • Builds and distribute analytics dashboards to highlight performance results, assess KPI achievement, and explain key insights.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting consumer-facing web sites and mobile applications (digital agency or client-side digital marketing function).
  • Genuine passion for the Sirens brand and for digital fan experience.
  • Working knowledge of foundational web technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript) and CMS platforms (Drupal, WordPress, or similar).
  • Experience with digital analytics platforms (GA4, Adobe Analytics, or equivalent) and connecting web and mobile app metrics to business goals.
  • Familiarity with enterprise CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with and sensitivity to compliance with data privacy laws worldwide, including GDPR.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to present and sell ideas across teams.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, event-driven environment where game-day urgency is real and deadlines are non-negotiable.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings and game nights as assigned.
  • Organized, highly motivated, and team-oriented, with the initiative to seize opportunities without needing to be told.
