Job Summary

Supervisor Diagnostic Imaging at HCA Florida Osceola Hospital. Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. Key responsibilities include supervising radiology procedure staff, ensuring compliance with state regulations and quality control, managing staffing, maintaining PI data, and supporting the hospital’s strategic and performance improvement plans.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff in all duties of a radiology procedure on a direct or indirect basis.
• Ensure compliance with Florida Office of Radiation Control and other regulatory requirements.
• Maintain quality control as defined by relevant agencies.
• Ensure completion of all required work at the end of the tour.
• Meet staffing requirements for departments.
• Provide all necessary PI data as required on the departmental PI plan.
• Demonstrate behavior consistent with HCA Florida Osceola Hospital core values.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
• Registered Radiographer (ARRT) (R).
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Radiology Diagnostic Technologist.
• Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist.
• Associate Degree or vocational school graduate.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
