Total Wine & More is seeking a Manager, Demand Planning to join our Supply Chain team in Bethesda, MD. About the Role Total Wine & More is seeking a Manager, Demand Planning to join our growing Supply Chain team in our Bethesda, MD office. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping the company's demand planning strategy using advanced planning tools and cross-functional collaboration. The Manager will build and refine forecasting processes, drive consensus across teams, and champion initiatives that improve inventory management and sales performance. This is a key opportunity to contribute to a broader supply chain transformation and influence operational success. This role will report into the Sr. Manager, Demand Planning. You will Build statistical forecast models using the o9 planning system and serve as a subject matter expert on its Demand Planning module. Drive cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Merchandising, Store Operations, and Finance to align on demand inputs and ensure forecast accuracy. Champion the development of demand plans across items, categories, and planning levels that meet KPIs such as forecast accuracy and in-stock rates. Align demand planning processes with Integrated Business Planning efforts, supporting consensus-building and strategic decision-making. Spearhead root cause analysis for forecast variances and translate insights into process improvements and system enhancements. Manage demand planning activities for new product launches, line extensions, and product discontinuations, ensuring alignment with business goals. Influence internal stakeholders by communicating trends, risks, and opportunities derived from large-scale data analysis and forecasting metrics. Promote continuous improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements to demand planning workflows and cross-functional coordination. You will come with Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field or equivalent years of experience. 5-8 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting or inventory planning. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. High attention to detail and understanding of demand drivers across interdependent product categories. Experience in process development and improvement. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools; experience with o9 is a plus. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence internal partners. Strong organizational skills and strategic thinking with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay Range: $101,520.00 - $171,000.00 Annual
