Job Location: Riverwoods, Illinois

Job Type: Full Time

Duties: Provides thought leadership & strategic thinking to translate business problems into analytical frameworks, and independently recommend actions and provide business insights. Leads the development and implementation of advanced analytics including customer segmentation, optimization, prescriptive analytics, and machine learning algorithms & recommendations to solve business problems. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Integrated Marketing, or related field, and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a Data Science-related occupation.

Position Required Skills: Programming languages including Python, R, and SAS; Data reporting and modeling using advanced SQL; Relational databases including Snowflake, Oracle, and Postgres; Executing advanced statistical techniques, including decision trees for clustering and data analysis; Financial valuation and forecasting impact of credit decisions; Data visualization tools including Tableau.

Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program.

Rate of Pay: The base pay generally ranges between $138,715 and $182,000. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market-competitive total compensation package.
