Job Title: Lead Data Science Analyst (multiple openings)

Job Location: Riverwoods, IL

Job Type: Full Time

Duties: Leads development and implementation of advanced analytics including customer segmentation, optimization, prescriptive analytics, and machine learning algorithms & recommendations to solve business problems. Acts as a subject matter expert on statistical analysis, test and design of experiments, analysis methodology, modeling & application, and financial impact analysis. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permitted per company policies.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field with 4 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Skills: Experience with data tools (Snowflake, Jupyter Notebook), SAS, Airflow, Spark, GitHub, SQL (Snowflake, Teradata), Excel (Macros, Pivot tables, advanced formulas), MS Office, Tableau, and programming languages such as Python, R, or SAS.

Compensation & Benefits: Base pay ranges from $116,334 to $147,100, with additional incentives. Benefits include paid parental leave, PTO, 401(k), health insurance, disability and life insurance, recognition programs, education assistance, commuter benefits, family support, and stock purchase plans.
