Job summary

Brown University Health appoints a Senior Leader to direct philanthropy data strategy, reporting, and technology, ensuring accurate information, reliable systems, and actionable analytics to support fundraising performance.

This role partners with philanthropy leadership on data governance, reporting strategy, and enterprise standards, leads CRM administration and data management, and drives dashboards, forecasting, and organizational performance metrics across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of advancement services, CRM administration, business intelligence, or data management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership in fundraising systems, reporting, and operational strategy.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, priorities, and performance of philanthropy reporting, CRM administration, and data management.
• Develop enterprise standards for data governance, reporting, documentation, and system administration.
• Partner with philanthropy leadership to develop dashboards, forecasting, campaign reporting, and organizational performance metrics.
• Oversee CRM administration, user support, system enhancements, integrations, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure data quality, security, compliance, and documentation across philanthropy systems.
• Lead technology projects, system implementations, process automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach and develop staff while serving as the department's subject matter expert on philanthropy data and technology.

SUMMARY

Leads Brown Health's philanthropy data strategy, reporting, and technology functions to ensure accurate information, reliable systems, and actionable analytics that support fundraising performance. Serves as the operational partner to philanthropy leadership on data governance, reporting strategy, technology planning, and organizational performance.
