Job summary

The Procurement Analytics Manager at Pharmavite leads analytics, digital transformation, and AI initiatives to strengthen procurement decision-making and business performance. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field.
  • MBA or Master’s degree preferred in related disciplines.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, BI, or related field.
  • 3+ years leading analytics, reporting, or BI professionals.
  • Experience developing analytics, data strategy, or Center of Excellence roadmaps.
  • Experience leading cross-functional analytics, automation, or AI initiatives.
  • Expert proficiency in SQL and BI platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience with ERP and procurement systems (JD Edwards, Oracle, SAP, Coupa, Ariba) preferred.

  • Create dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and decision-support tools for leadership reviews.
  • Translate data into practical recommendations for category strategies and negotiations.

Job Summary

The Procurement Data Analytics Manager leads analytics, digital transformation, and AI initiatives that strengthen Procurement decision-making and business performance. This role owns the Procurement analytics roadmap and partners with Procurement leadership, IT, and cross-functional teams to deliver practical, scalable reporting and insight solutions.

Leading a team of analytics professionals, this role helps move Procurement from descriptive reporting toward more predictive, actionable decision support across spend visibility, supplier performance, contract compliance, working capital, supplier risk, and category strategy.

Responsibilities
Lead Procurement Analytics, Digital Transformation, and AI Strategy
  • Develop and manage the Procurement analytics, digital transformation, and AI roadmap in alignment with business priorities.
  • Identify and scale high-value analytics, automation, and AI use cases that improve Procurement effectiveness.
  • Serve as the business owner for Procurement analytics and AI solutions, ensuring they are useful, adopted, and aligned to strategic needs.
  • Define success measures and track outcomes from analytics, automation, and AI investments.
Lead and Build Team Capability
  • Lead, coach, and develop analytics team members through clear priorities, performance feedback, and development plans.
  • Support adoption of analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools through training, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
  • Build analytics literacy and encourage appropriate self-service reporting across Procurement.
Drive Business Insights & Reporting
  • Partner with Procurement leaders to develop analytics solutions that support spend management, sourcing, supplier performance, risk, contract compliance, and working capital.
  • Create dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and decision-support tools that improve operational and strategic decisions.
  • Translate internal and external data into practical recommendations for category strategies, negotiations, supplier management, and executive reviews.
  • Manage performance metrics and reporting cadences that measure Procurement effectiveness and highlight improvement opportunities.
Build Scalable and Governed Solutions
  • Define business requirements for data models, reporting structures, and analytics solutions.
  • Establish standardized intake, prioritization, development, deployment, and support processes.
  • Ensure analytics solutions are reusable, sustainable, automated where appropriate, and well documented.
  • Maintain standards for data governance, data quality, validation, model monitoring, and responsible AI use.
Partner with IT and Enterprise Data Teams
  • Partner with IT, enterprise data teams, and business stakeholders to translate Procurement needs into scalable analytics solutions.
  • Represent Procurement business needs in data architecture, analytics requirements, and AI initiatives.
  • Support evaluation, implementation, and continuous improvement of procurement technologies, data platforms, and AI-enabled capabilities.
Minimum Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Master’s degree (MBA, Predictive Analytics, Data Science, or Information Systems) preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience leading analytics, reporting, or business intelligence professionals.
  • Experience developing analytics, digital transformation, data strategy, or Center of Excellence roadmaps.
  • Experience leading cross-functional analytics, automation, process improvement, or AI-enabled initiatives.
  • Ability to translate business problems into scalable analytics products and decision-support capabilities.
  • Expert proficiency in SQL and advanced experience with BI platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms, modern data architecture, and predictive analytics concepts.
  • Experience with ERP and procurement systems such as JD Edwards, Oracle, SAP, Coupa, Ariba, or similar platforms preferred.

National Target Base Pay Range: $100,000.00 - $166,000.00. The salary range for this position is based on national standards. For candidates in California and the New York metro, the Target Base Pay Range is $110,000.00 - $184,000.00, to reflect the cost of living and market conditions in those areas.

Actual compensation will take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, education, experience, qualifications, and job-related skills. It is not typical for an individual to be hired above the midpoint of the range for their role, and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. Base pay is only one component of our total rewards offerings, and we will take the full offering into consideration when presenting an offer of employment. Our total rewards package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k) match, and other wellness benefits.
