FedEx is seeking a data analytics leader to drive insights and automation across Finance. The role leads a team of analysts, evaluates data sources and platforms, and promotes advanced analytics capabilities to influence business decisions.

The position emphasizes collaboration across functions, root-cause analysis, and delivering high-quality results while leveraging tools like Alteryx and Power BI. Hybrid work is available at the Collierville, TN campus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related quantitative discipline required.

Develops global data analytics framework and platform strategy to provide meaningful insights and drive automation opportunities within the various Finance functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Leads a team of data analysts to examine and evaluate data sources and platforms.
• Builds and promotes advanced analytics capabilities to extract insights from data resources and improve decision-making across the business.
• Conducts root cause analysis and recommend solutions to improve performance of people, processes, and technology across finance functions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive automation and process improvement strategies to meet organizational needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or other related quantitative discipline is required.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years experience within a finance discipline. A related advanced degree may offset the experience requirements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Significant analytical and financial analysis skills required.

Significant project/process management experience including process redesign/automation.

Strong leadership and collaboration building skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills.

Proven ability to innovate, develop and produce high quality results on a consistent basis.

Proficient with MS office applications.

Required to work on the leading edge of technology, tools, and methodology. Required to have a strong aptitude for learning new tools and methodology.

Must possess the ability to understand how new tools/methodology can be implemented to solve business problems.

Ability to effectively present information to management, end users, co-workers, or vendors.

Requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to perform complex tasks with limited direction.

Preferred Qualifications

Data Analytics experience/proficiency in systems like Alteryx, Power BI, etc, AI Tools and Systems experience

Additional Details

This is a hybrid position located in Collierville, TN. Candidates must live within 50 miles of the campus location. Employees will be required to work at the FedEx campus location several times per week. This position may be eligible for relocation.
