You will supervise customer service activities, maintain shipment visibility for importers, and drive efficient clearance processes aligned with US Customs and related agencies.

The role emphasizes team leadership, regulatory adherence, and end-to-end shipment coordination in a full-time capacity based in the Chicago branch.

Salary Range: $90,000.00 To $120,000.00 Annually

The Manager, Customs Brokerage and Compliance will be responsible for customer service oversight with the team, communication and visibility of import shipments for each respective importer, while insuring that clearances are handled efficiently and in Compliance with US Customs regulations and other agencies. Employee must be a team player and take ownership of the process provided to them.
