Job summary

RIM Logistics seeks a full-time manager at the Chicago Branch to lead day-to-day account management, drive retention and growth, and ensure exceptional client service. You will align with the sales strategy, support cross-functional improvements, and uphold quality policies across the branch.

The role requires coordinating with customers and internal teams to meet targets, while leveraging benefits and program structures offered to full-time staff.

Salary Range: $75,000.00 To $85,000.00 Annually

This position is responsible for the retention, growth, and operational excellence between RIM and our customers. Responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, support and meeting targets established by organizational sales strategy, maintain exceptional levels of service through cross functional channels and support/implement other improvements within the Branch Business Development Group as required. This position will be required to know and adhere to RIM’s Quality policy and uphold quality standards as well as conform to policies and procedures.
