Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking an IT software development SME to support a range of projects and initiatives, focusing on self-service and automated systems management. You will partner with stakeholders to deliver reliable technology solutions, improve efficiency, and minimize incidents.

Reporting to the Manager, Information Technology, you will handle tickets from outsourced providers and coordinate with third-party partners to ensure service levels. Travel up to 15% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Promote design and development of self-service and automated systems management and provisioning solutions.
• Build tools and processes that enable the business to move quickly while minimizing incidents and downtime.
• Act on tickets from outsourcing service providers and manage remediation through completion.
• Collaborate with third-party service partners to ensure business partner-centric service delivery.
• Ensure support capabilities are defined and maintained at appropriate service levels.
• Manage technology assets for assigned locations.
• Partner with multiple IT teams to implement and support enterprise solutions.
• Participate in continuous improvement to enhance performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Travel domestically up to 15%.

Job description

You will serve as a software development subject matter expert supporting a variety of ongoing projects and initiatives. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver reliable technology solutions, improve operational efficiency, and support business-focused service delivery. Act on tickets from outsourcing service providers and manage remediation and problem resolution activities through completion. Collaborate with third-party service partners to ensure business partner-centric service delivery. Ensure support capabilities are defined and maintained at appropriate service levels. Manage technology assets for assigned locations. Partner with multiple information technology teams to implement and support enterprise solutions. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance technology performance, scalability, and reliability. Perform other duties as assigned. Travel domestically up to 15%.

Compensation

Pay Range: $59,000-$79,000. The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
