Job summary

Direct Supply, Inc. in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Manager, Customer Success to lead a team of Customer Success Managers. You will strategize to accelerate adoption, maximize value, and strengthen partnerships with healthcare providers.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing and Product to translate customer insights into product and process improvements while driving measurable outcomes and ongoing innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting or a SaaS/tech environment.
• 3+ years of experience leading and developing customer-facing teams.
• Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive adoption, retention and growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to identify growth opportunities and expand adoption of Direct Supply DSSI's portfolio.
• Develop and execute Customer Success strategies that maximize customer value and identify growth opportunities.
• Build trusted executive relationships and navigate complex business challenges as an escalation point.
• Monitor customer health metrics and analytics to prioritize engagement and improve outcomes.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Support to translate customer insights into improvements.
