Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute Customer Success strategies to accelerate adoption and value.
• Build executive customer relationships and handle strategic engagements.
• Use customer health metrics and insights to prioritize engagement and mitigate risk.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Support to drive improvements.
