Job summary

Graybar Electric in Honolulu, HI is seeking a Manager Customer Service to lead customer service, administrative, operations, and logistics teams, driving branch goals and exceptional service.

You will supervise staff, implement service and e-commerce solutions, set schedules, and partner with the Branch Manager to manage profitability and assets.

The role offers a salary of $85,000 to $100,000 per year with bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience required.
• 2-year degree preferred.
• Supervisory and leadership skills; ability to motivate and support a team.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Pay Details: The expected salary for this position is $85,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience. This position is also bonus eligible based on specific and relevant business metrics.
