Job summary

RSM US LLP in the United States is seeking a Manager with a background in accounting and FP&A to join our Corporate Performance Management Consulting Practice. This client-facing role leads end-to-end CPM implementations from discovery and design through configuration, deployment and support.

The successful candidate will design and configure planning models using Workday Adaptive Planning or Pigment, manage project delivery, and mentor staff while partnering with client leadership and teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (or related field).
• 5+ years of CPM/FP&A experience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, or consolidations.
• Experience leading CPM/finance transformation projects from requirements to deployment.
• Strong accounting knowledge and multidimensional modeling.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• US-based; ability to collaborate with US teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead client delivery activities and overall project success.
• Lead discovery, requirements, process discussions, and design sessions.
• Translate requirements into CPM solutions using Workday Adaptive or Pigment.
• Design, configure, troubleshoot CPM models, reports, dashboards, workflows, integrations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, scenario modeling and reporting.
• Develop and present business requirements, design documents and demos.
• Manage scope, staffing, timelines, budgets, risks, and priorities.
• Oversee data integration, transformation, reconciliation, and validation.
