Job summary

Webflow seeks a Manager, Corporate Sales to lead a high-performing AE team, drive full-cycle sales, and partner with Marketing, RevOps, Enablement, and Customer Success. You will recruit, coach, and align cross-functional resources to accelerate revenue growth and create exceptional customer experiences.

The role reports to the Director, Corporate Sales and requires 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales with leadership experience.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with at least 2 years in frontline leadership
  • Experience leading mid-market sales motions with impact on ARR growth
  • Proven track record of guiding Account Executives to exceed pipeline & revenue targets

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Corporate Account Executives and oversee recruiting, interviewing, coaching, and mentoring to ensure the team exceeds goals and targets
  • Provide hands-on support by joining client meetings and coordinating internal resources
  • Host regular team meetings to review pipeline, forecast performance, and deliver training
  • Offer coaching for early-career Account Executives on prospecting, pipeline, and closing
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture with continuous improvement
  • Maintain a feedback loop between Sales and Engineering, Marketing, Post-Sales, and Support
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Partnerships to align on sales strategies
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and customer experience
  • Identify product gaps from customer interactions and communicate insights to Product/Leadership
  • Regularly report on team performance, metrics, and forecasts

We’re looking for a Manager, Corporate Sales to lead and scale Webflow’s strategic , full-cycle sales motion within our Corporate segment. In this role, you will drive strategy and execution for a team of Account Executives responsible for prospecting, pipeline generation, and closing new business, while ensuring a seamless, efficient, and high-performing sales process.

You will recruit, develop, and coach top-performing AEs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and excellence. You will work closely with key cross-functional partners across Marketing, RevOps, Enablement, and Customer Success to build and refine programs that accelerate revenue growth, optimize funnel efficiency, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Our cash compensation amount for this role ranges depending on the cost of labor of the geographic area. The ranges shared below may change if you are hired in another geographic location.
    • United States (all figures cited below in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
      • Zone A: $255,000 - $300,000
      • Zone B: $234,000 - $275,000
      • Zone C: $212,500 - $250,000
    • Canada (figures cited below are in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada)
      • 275,500 - 325,000

For sales roles, the ranges provided are the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") ranges, meaning that the ranges include both the sales commissions target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Webflow and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s market location, job related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.   • Host regular team meetings to review the sales pipeline, forecast performance, discuss strategy, and deliver sales and product training.
  • Offer consistent coaching for early‑career Account Executives, focusing on prospecting, pipeline generation, sales calls, deal navigation, and closing strategies.
  • Foster a collaborative, energetic team culture that encourages high performance, learning, and shared success.
  • Maintain a feedback loop between Sales and Engineering, Marketing, Post‑Sales, and Support teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Partnerships teams to align on sales strategies and operational processes.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure a seamless handoff and exceptional customer experience between pre‑sales and post‑sales stages.
  • Identify product and technology gaps through customer interactions and communicate insights to Webflow’s Product and Leadership teams.
  • Regularly report on team performance, key metrics, customer insights, challenges, and sales forecasts.
About you:

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 2 years in a frontline sales leadership or management role
  • Background in managing mid‑market sales motions with measurable impact on new logo acquisition & ARR growth
  • Proven track record of leading Account Executive teams to consistently exceed pipeline and revenue targets
  • Demonstrated success in hiring, onboarding, and developing high‑performing sales talent
  • Experience working with cross‑functional teams such as Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering
