This role involves analyzing investment opportunities, evaluating risks, and coordinating with cross-functional teams and external advisors to ensure successful project execution. Responsibilities include participating in equity issuances, securing financing, performing financial analyses, and developing business strategies aligned with GM's objectives. The manager will lead complex projects, negotiate deals, and establish clear objectives and timelines, serving as the primary conduit for partner communications. Additional duties encompass structuring investment projects, monitoring market conditions, and optimizing capital strategies.
Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields, with at least five years of relevant experience in financial analysis, M&A, or business development. Must possess expertise in legal agreements, financial modeling, risk analysis, and project financing. Certifications such as CFA are required. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, VBA, Bloomberg, and other analytical tools is essential.
