Job summary

UIL HOLDINGS CORPORATION Mobility Information seeks a Manager of Communications to lead corporate communications for UI, CNG, SCG, and BGC. This role reports to the Senior Director - Communications and is based in Orange, CT.

The position focuses on developing strategic communications programs, leading media relations, and advising utility leadership to align with business objectives and enterprise brand values. Occasional after-hours work may be required for emergencies.

Qualifications

• Experience in creating and editing corporate and financial communication, including press releases and crisis scripts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong project management.
• Ability to lead strategic communications and advise senior leadership.

• Develop communications plans and messaging; manage media relations and executive communications.
