Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Analytics or related field; seven years’ experience.
• Master’s degree in Math/CS/Data Analytics accepted with five years’ experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on large projects; ability to coach and train testers on ALM.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop the project team to maximize performance with clear purpose, direction and motivation.
• Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, including schedules, scope and budgets.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to meet scope, schedule and budget.
• Analyze project status and adjust scope/budget as needed to meet requirements.
• Establish and maintain relationships with client stakeholders and provide status updates.
• Establish scope management processes and ensure quality and risk controls across lifecycle.
• Structure and manage integrated, multitrack databases for digital, print, social, broadcast and experiential projects.
• Develop partnerships with vendors and researchers to support project delivery.
• Assign and monitor resources to maximize deliverables.
• Report outcomes and escalate issues through appropriate management channels.
