Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group in Atlanta, GA, seeks a Manager Corporate Accounts Payable to oversee all payment operations for the company and its managed hotels and resorts. The role requires hands-on leadership to ensure accurate, timely processing of payables and strong team guidance.

You will report to the Director of Hotel Accounting and work in a hybrid Dunwoody office, with three to four days in the office after onboarding. Experience in hotel accounting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree from a four-year college preferred, preferably with a concentration in accounting.
• Five years of related experience, preferably in the hotel industry.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of accounts payable, double-entry accounting (debits and credits), accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, ownership reporting, critical accounting systems, cash management, capital expenditures.
• Experience training entry-level team members, and new hires.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of GAAP and the Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry (USALI).

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor the AP team performance.
• Ensure accurate liabilities payments for Davidson Hospitality Group and managed hotels/resorts.
• Report to the Director of Hotel Accounting.

Overview

Manager Corporate Accounts Payable is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of requests for payment of all types, and accurate payment of liabilities for Davidson Hospitality Group and its managed hotels and resorts. The role is responsible for its own performance of these duties as well as monitoring and guiding the team's performance. The Manager Corporate Accounts Payable will report to the Director Hotel Accounting.

This is a hybrid position based out of our Dunwoody office, with an in-office requirement of three to four days per week, after successful onboarding.
