The Corporate Account Manager (CAM) in Orapharma manages large accounts within community-based key focus areas, utilizing a strategic and collaborative approach to account management. The role involves working with healthcare providers such as dentists, periodontists, hygienists, office staff, and DSO Regional Leadership to optimize customer engagement and account outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop strategic plans based on customer objectives, challenges, and market forces.
  2. Partner with DSO Regional Leadership on patient identification initiatives and operationalizing products specific to each account.
  3. Conduct quarterly/monthly business reviews to promote product utilization.
  4. Provide marketplace feedback to corporate leadership on trends, competitors, and industry issues.
  5. Update accounts on payer changes impacting infusion processes.
  6. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to meet product objectives.
  7. Ensure compliance with Bausch Health standards.

Qualifications:

  1. At least 5 years of dental sales or DSO experience preferred.
  2. Experience with P&L management at the national account level preferred.
  3. Healthcare account experience, especially building relationships with C-suite and regional leaders, preferred.
  4. Ability to understand and present clinical information.
  5. Must reside within the defined geographic area.
  6. Availability for up to 60-70% overnight travel.
  7. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
