Position Overview

The Manager, Consumer Insights will lead research initiatives to elevate the voice of the consumer and support product innovation. Responsibilities include synthesizing customer feedback from various sources, leading research projects from inception to launch, and providing insights to drive growth.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and uphold Potbelly Values and the Potbelly Advantage.
  • Support consumer learning across teams.
  • Manage research projects, including design, analysis, and reporting.
  • Utilize research techniques for brand tracking, customer satisfaction, and competitive intelligence.
  • Manage vendor relationships.
  • Deliver actionable insights to inspire growth.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on product innovation.
  • Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years in Consumer Insights or related field, preferably in restaurant or CPG industries.
  • Experience leading both quantitative and qualitative research.
  • Proficiency with research tools and data analysis.
  • Strong presentation skills for diverse audiences.

Additional Information

Application deadline: 08/31/2025. This is a full-time, remote, mid-senior level position with a salary range of $90,000 - $100,000 plus bonus.
