Expectations for this Role:
Sentara Health is seeking a Director, Consumer Insights. Manage the relationship with the voice of the consumer vendors, including contract oversight, project management, and quality assurance. Oversee regulatory survey programs (e.g., HCAHPS) in partnership with patient experience team, ensuring compliance, data integrity, and actionable reporting to leadership. Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of direct reports responsible for research design, data collection, analysis, and project management. Collaborate with clinical, operational, marketing, and quality teams to embed consumer insights into service design, process improvement, and innovation efforts.
