Job summary

Hyundai Motor Company is seeking a Manager, Connected Car Program in California to lead day-to-day management, performance tracking, and continuous improvement of Hyundai’s Connected Car ecosystem, including Bluelink and Genesis Connected Services.

You will partner cross-functionally to drive launch readiness, post-launch optimization, and data-driven KPIs that enhance customer experience and business impact across Hyundai and Genesis.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Six years of relevant experience, with at least three years driving growth and positive change of a complex technology driven product or service.
• Automotive telematics or connected consumer product experience is a plus.
• Experience in a subscription business model is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead tracking, coordination, and analysis of all Connected Car Program KPIs.
• Build and evolve automated dashboards covering all aspects of program performance.
• Publish monthly KPI reports and performance updates to stakeholders and executives.
• Identify and resolve issues impacting customer enrollment and conversion funnel.
• Drive cross-functional alignment for program priorities, launch readiness, and post-launch performance.
