The Compliance Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the company’s Compliance Program focusing on FERC regulated interstate natural gas and products pipelines, ensuring adherence to applicable federal, state, and industry regulations across all business units. This position manages compliance processes, policies, documentation, training, and audit readiness while supervising a Compliance Analyst. The Compliance Manager works closely with Legal, Commerical, Human Resources, Information Governance, and executive leadership to maintain and strengthen a culture of ethics, accountability, and regulatory compliance within Kinder Morgan.
