Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking a Shift Manager to support the Management Team in running great shifts and meeting Charter Foods and brand standards. As a Shift Manager, you will lead your shift by guiding your team with a friendly attitude, seeking help when needed, and ensuring all duties are completed. You will manage inventory, maintain financial accountability, and ensure the delivery of safe, quality food to customers promptly. You will also play a key role in maintaining a safe environment for employees and customers.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Able to work at night/overnight hours
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation
• Basic business math and analytical skills
• Ability to supervise and motivate the team while working alongside them
• Ability to perform cleaning duties, lift and carry up to 50 lbs., and tolerate standing, walking, and stooping for most of the shift
