As a Shift Manager, you will lead your team with a positive attitude, seek help when needed, and ensure team members complete their duties. You will manage inventory, maintain financial accountability, and ensure the delivery of safe, quality food promptly. You will also play a key role in maintaining a safe environment for employees and customers.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Able to work at night/overnight hours
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation
• Basic business math, accounting, and strong analytical skills
• Ability to supervise and motivate the team, working alongside them
• Able to perform cleaning tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to tolerate standing, walking, and stooping during 80% of the shift
