Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking a Shift Manager to support the Management Team in running effective shifts while meeting Charter Foods standards. As a Shift Manager, you will lead your shift by guiding your team with a positive attitude, seeking help when needed, and ensuring all duties are completed. You will manage inventory, maintain financial accountability, and ensure the delivery of safe, quality food in a timely manner. Your role is vital in maintaining a safe environment for both employees and customers.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Ability to work at night/overnight hours
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation
• Basic business math, accounting, and strong analytical skills
• Ability to supervise and motivate team members
• Physical ability to sweep, mop, dust, lift up to 50 lbs., and stand/walk for 80% of the shift
• Ability to clean the parking lot and surrounding grounds
