In collaboration with the Senior Program Director and Program Directors, the Manager - Clinic Operations will contribute to the smooth operation of the program(s). The Manager - Clinic Operations performs, coordinates, and oversees administrative functions and projects within a program or group of programs within the clinic location.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversees and ensures effective execution of office administrative functions, including scheduling, front desk, admissions, and medical records.
• Provides professional assistance to management staff and supports the Operations Director in implementing changes to enhance the admission process and client experience.
• Performs complex, technical, and specialized office support work requiring independent judgment and technical skills.
• Supervises staff, including workload and schedule management, performance evaluation, training, and hiring recommendations.
• Oversees database management for employee and group room schedules to assess availability.
• Conducts project research and prepares reports related to the program using database and statistical tools.
• Assists in tracking employee productivity and understanding its impact on overall operations.
• Manages office manager tasks, including facilities oversight, accounts payable, payroll, and purchasing.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED
• At least 3 years of experience in a related field
• Knowledge of supervisory principles and practices, effective communication with the public and staff
• Proficiency in office practices, records management, and computer applications such as Excel and Word; knowledge of electronic health records is a plus.
