Position Summary

The Manager, Client Solutions, will promote BioPharm’s products to media planning agencies, focusing on media teams, to increase sales. The role involves articulating BioPharm’s positioning, developing proposals with the CS Sales Lead, and closing approximately 40% of RFPs.

Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth through agency account management
  • Build relationships with pharmaceutical media agencies
  • Collaborate with CS Sales Lead and Sales Operations on pricing and proposals
  • Analyze client goals and determine suitable BioPharm solutions
  • Manage contact database and utilize Salesforce for tracking
  • Learn and adhere to BioPharm’s program initiation processes
  • Facilitate and present effectively
Qualifications and Experience
  • 1-2 years of healthcare media experience, digital marketing focus preferred
  • Ability to develop healthcare industry relationships
  • Understanding of digital marketplace and multichannel marketing
  • Motivated, dynamic, and focused on decision-maker engagement
  • Knowledge of pharma marketing, digital marketing, data analytics
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management
  • Willingness to develop sales presentation skills
  • Team player
Compensation

Salary range: $50,000 - $75,000, based on experience and other factors.
