Responsibilities

  • Primary brand partner for all CR market led retail activations, collaborating with teams across activation plans.
  • Liaise with global teams to communicate brand guidelines and toolkits for in-store client events.
  • Ensure alignment across collateral and assets.
  • Lead in developing America’s specific guidelines for evergreen and special event activations.
  • Manage and support proposals and initiatives with market and store teams.
  • Execute on-site setup, run-of-show, and breakdown for Americas-led regional events.
  • Coordinate with vendors, store teams, and merchandising for event-day logistics.
  • Support product pull and staging with Merchandising and Logistics, and assist in back-of-house flow.
  • Track event-level tasks and timelines, flag delays or issues promptly.
  • Prepare pre-event data and post-event reporting (attendance, feedback, sales).
  • Maintain event files, run-of-show documents, and budgets; monitor activation budgets.

Position Overview

The Manager, Client Relations Events - North America executes individual in-store client events and animations based on Client Relations and Events Strategy, handling the hands-on coordination, vendor follow-up, and on-site setup needed to deliver a high-quality client experience. This role is the primary on-the-ground point of contact for all Americas led retail activations, ensuring logistics, merchandising, operations and CVM elements come together as planned. This role is also the primary partner in all market led activations, working in close contact with regional teams and supporting brand alignment; communicating guidelines and toolkits for all evergreen, festive moments as well as collection focused initiatives.

Key Accountabilities

  • Primary brand partner for all CR market led retail activations, working in collaboration with teams across their activation plans. Upholds and champions brand elevation across all store initiatives.
  • Liaison between global teams in communicating brand guidelines and toolkits for all in-store client events and animations.
  • Liaison between global teams ensuring alignment across collateral and assets
  • Lead in developing and maintaining dedicated America’s specific guidelines across evergreen and special event activations
  • Manage and act as true partner to the market and store teams, in support of proposals and initiatives.
  • Execute the on-site setup, run-of-show, and breakdown for all Americas led regional retail events taking place in respective markets.
  • Coordinate directly with vendors, store teams, and merchandising contacts to confirm event-day logistics.
  • Support product pull and staging for assigned events in coordination with Merchandising and Logistics, Security.
  • Support back of house flow with operations teams.
  • Track event-level task lists and timelines, flagging delays or issues to the team promptly.
  • Assist in putting together pre event data and proposals, gathering post-event data (attendance, feedback, sales) for reporting
  • Maintain accurate event files/ manifestos, timelines, vendor contacts, and run-of-show documents for assigned events.
  • Manage and communicate overall retail activation budget. Responsible for communicating and monitoring activation budget for markets, across individual events and market actuals.
  • Escalate budget, scope, or strategic questions to the team and Director.

Qualifications
Required

  • 6-8+ years of experience in event support, coordination, or hospitality

Preferred

  • Exposure to the event, retail, or hospitality industry; familiarity with luxury client service standards
  • Strong understanding of the luxury events competitive landscape.

  • Flexibility in out of business hours , multi-tasking and working with tight deadlines.

The hiring range for this position ranges from $120,000 - $135,000 on a full time basis. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
