SENIOR MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST

Federated Hermes is seeking a Senior Marketing Communications Specialist to support the execution of a broad range of marketing projects, from inception through completion. Assignments will span advisor-facing communications and product-specific marketing pieces to complex, multi-component programs and strategic initiatives supporting one of our largest and fastest-growing distribution partnerships.

This role offers a unique opportunity to play a highly visible part in the continued growth and success of a key intermediary relationship. The Senior Marketing Communications Specialist will have significant exposure to senior leaders and stakeholders across the organization, partnering closely with teams throughout the business to drive strategic marketing initiatives and deliver high-impact results.

Success in this position requires strong project management, organizational and communication capabilities, including the ability to develop timelines, coordinate submission and approval processes, maintain marketing calendars, and proactively identify and resolve risks or points of delay. The Senior Marketing Communications Specialist will work closely with the Channel Marketing Consultant and cross-functional partners to translate marketing strategy into consistent, high-quality execution, and will serve as a key backup to the Channel Marketing Consultant as needed. This opportunity is well suited for an experienced marketing communications professional who is ready to exercise greater independent judgment, build influential partnerships with senior stakeholders, and deepen their expertise within the financial services industry.
