Livingston International is seeking a Client Data Analyst to ensure client information complies with regulations and is accurately recorded in our systems.

You will set up accounts in CRM, review POA documents, maintain client data, secure signatures, and support data quality initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

JOB SUMMARY

The Client Data Analyst is responsible for ensuring that client information is compliant with regulations and is accurately recorded in the system(s) by creating, modifying, or inputting information into client records.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Set-up accounts in customer relationship management system (CRM) in accordance with Customs regulations
    • Review customer power-of-attorney documents
    • Validate pricing and other required documents
  • Maintain existing customer account data include: name and address changes, client billing routing details, and rates
  • Secure required signatures and ensure the availability of required documents
  • Work closely with colleagues to try and identify data related problems and assist with resolving them.
  • Ensure high quality data is collected and maintained.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
  • Excellent written, verbal and listening skills

  • Ability to reflect a professional company image
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
  • Tech savvy and experience with Salesforce.com is preferred
WORK EXPERIENCE – MINIMUM REQUIRED

3 years of related experience

EDUCATION

Required: High School/GED or equivalent

Base salary is one component of our total rewards package which also includes incentive opportunities, benefits, and professional development. Salary ranges are established by location and reflect relevant factors such as skills, experience, and market conditions. The good-faith salary range for this position is18.83-29.09 USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on these factors and may vary accordingly.
