What You Will Do

Lead Circular Services Operations

• Oversee day-to-day operations across Warranty, Repair, Pre-Loved, Parts Inventory, and Product Returns and Recovery programs
• Develop strategies and scalable processes that extend product life through repair, reuse, refurbishment, resale, and recycling
• Establish service standards and workflows that balance operational efficiency, quality, and a great customer experience
• Guide the evolution of trade-in, take-back, and product recovery initiatives

Streamline Product Returns, Recovery & Reverse Logistics

• Manage how returned products are received, inspected, graded, repaired, refurbished, and returned to use or responsibly recovered
• Partner with Distribution, Transportation, Customer Service, Retail, and E-commerce teams to create seamless product flows
• Identify opportunities to improve recovery rates, reduce waste, and maximize the value of returned products
• Develop processes that support material recovery and responsible recycling

Champion Quality & Customer Experience

• Ensure repaired and refurbished products meet our high standards for quality, functionality, and craftsmanship
• Build consistent inspection and product grading practices
• Improve turnaround times, repair success rates, and customer satisfaction through thoughtful process improvements
• Help customers build lasting relationships with the products they love
