Job Description Summary

We are looking for a Manager to help Mastercard reach more customers through strategic partners focusing on our chargeback solutions. The ideal candidate understands the chargeback segment well and can develop smart partnerships around Ethoca chargeback alerts and Consumer Clarity solutions to support better decision-making and business growth. This is a quota-carrying, revenue-generating role responsible for managing channel and alliance partner relationships within the NAM region, including partner recruitment, onboarding, revenue activation, and growth.

Role/Responsibilities:

  1. Meet revenue targets through channel partners.
  2. Define the profile of potential partners with management's help.
  3. Research, identify, qualify, and screen potential partners aligned with target profiles.
  4. Secure commitment from qualified partners by presenting compelling business propositions.
  5. Develop joint business plans with partners, including sales targets, aligned with Mastercard standards and strategy.
  6. Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospective partners to meet recruitment targets.
  7. Drive onboarding and activation of new partners, ensuring their teams are enabled and motivated to sell and support Mastercard offerings.
  8. Engage Mastercard resources and stakeholders to support partnership objectives and sales opportunities.
  9. Manage channel pipeline, forecast reporting, and track sales cycle progress.
  10. Conduct monthly partner alignment sessions to review pipelines, analyze wins/losses, and develop account strategies.
  11. Work with high-potential partners to develop annual joint business plans, review progress quarterly, and adjust as needed.
  12. Provide feedback on tools and programs to internal teams.
  13. Assist in field marketing activities such as trade shows and sales presentations.

All About You

Experience in selling complex data/SaaS products, managing complex customer segments or accounts, with measurable positive outcomes. Comfortable facilitating cross-functional meetings with product, engineering, customer success, and sales teams. Skilled in defining and executing processes and best practices. Strong communication and presentation skills. Able to analyze large datasets and create actionable insights and proposals using Microsoft Office. Familiarity with payments technology and fraud is preferred.

Salary Range for Purchase, New York: $132,000 - $206,000
