HCA Houston Healthcare Clear Lake is seeking a Manager Case Management to lead patient flow and care coordination across the hospital. The role requires current Texas RN license, BSN, and at least 5 years of RN Case Manager experience.

Certifications such as Case Manager Certification and InterQual experience are preferred. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth within a 530+ bed Level II trauma center.

Job Summary and Qualifications

What qualifications you will need:

Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License (Employees with RN Compact License are required to obtain Texas RN License within 90 days of hire date)

Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing is required

BSN required

5 years RN Case Manager experience

Case Manager Cert preferred

InterQual experience preferred
