Job summary

HCA Houston Healthcare Clear Lake is seeking a Manager Case Management to lead our case management team within a 530+ bed hospital that provides comprehensive cardiovascular and acute care services in the Houston Bay Area.

The role requires Texas RN licensure (or compact), a BSN, and at least five years of RN Case Manager experience; Case Manager certification is preferred. Join a network recognized for compassionate, patient-centered care and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License; Texas license required within 90 days.
• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• BSN required.
