Job summary

HCA Florida North Florida Hospital seeks a Manager of Cardiac Progressive Care to lead daily operations, staffing, and clinical outcomes on the unit. You will influence patient care decisions through collaboration with management and hospital councils to advance nursing initiatives.

You will oversee policy adherence, staff performance, and the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care aligned with facility objectives, while guiding the team toward optimal clinical results.

Qualifications

• ACLS certification required.
• BCLS certification required.
• RN license and nursing diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily function and staffing of the unit/department.
• Monitor nursing care quality and outcomes in line with policies.
• Ensure staff accountability for quality and clinical outcomes.
• Support facility objectives and patient-centered care initiatives.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Job Summary:

The Manager ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.
