AvalonBay Communities, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Capital Planning & Analysis in San Jose, CA.
The role leads capital project planning, budgeting, scoping, underwriting, execution, and reporting to align with asset management and investment objectives. You will work with Asset Management, Investments, Design, Engineering, and Operations to develop project strategies, perform due diligence, and monitor financial performance across the portfolio.

The Manager, Capital Planning & Analysis leads the planning, due diligence, scoping, design, underwriting, execution, and reporting of capital projects across the region. The role is responsible for developing scopes of work, project budgets, schedules, and execution plans that align with asset management and investment objectives.
