Job summary

Optimize Search Group in New York seeks a Senior Capital Markets Manager to support capital formation efforts and strategic growth. You will assist in valuation and execution of debt and equity raises, and help prepare investment memos and presentation decks.

The role also covers creating and maintaining models and capital structure materials, coordinating due diligence, and contributing to strategic materials for senior management.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, capital markets, or real estate acquisitions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related.
• Strong qualitative skills and strong Excel/modeling abilities.

Optimize Search Group is proud to partner with a growing organization located in New York seeking a Senior Capital Markets Manager to support the capital formation efforts and strategic growth initiatives. This role will assist in valuation and execution of debt and equity capital raises to support organizational growth, support the creation and maintenance of models and capital structure strategic materials as well as coordinate due-diligence and prepare investment memos and presentation decks.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• 4+ years of investment banking, PE, corporate finance, capital markets or real estate acquisitions roles
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Engineering or related
• Strong qualitative skills and strong Excel/Modeling skills
