KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Capital Markets in Financial Services for our Consulting practice.

Responsibilities :

  • Advise clients on revenue enhancements or operational efficiencies/scalability through the design and implementation of customized operating models
  • Conduct current state assessments, perform industry/competitor research, develop gap assessments, and design target state operating models
  • Lead KPMG teams through daily execution of activities, deliverables, project plans, and client presentations
  • Support proposal and business development activities by identifying new target clients, building business relationships with key executives, and developing/presenting proposals
  • Assist with developing or updating firm technology operations services methodologies

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of experience working in Capital Markets operations, technology, and regulatory transformation programs, preferably in professional services
  • Strong background working as a business or technical analyst with firm understanding of front to back trade life cycles, regulatory reporting, leading vendor systems, and industry protocols
  • Experience leading workstreams in technology driven transformation programs including SDLC lifecycle methodologies
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills as well as experience independently leading business development proposals, client presentations, and relationship management
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited college/university
  • Travel may be up to 80-100%
