Positions in this function are responsible for engaging and collaborating with key stakeholders in the Front-End Acute Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) space to document the standard operating model and best practices. Leveraging your industry knowledge in common technology solutions, you will ensure that our processes are optimized and aligned with the latest standards. This position requires a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement and a deep understanding of the RCM landscape to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Ambulatory Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Operations
  • 5+ years of experience EHR in related roles
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Front End functions, including Registration, POS collections, Authorizations, Financial Clearance & Financial Counseling
  • Proven solid presentation and facilitation skills
  • Proven adaptability and executive presence
  • Demonstrated ability to be a team player who can navigate relationships and moderately complex connections with data, technology, and information
  • Demonstrated ability to influence change and serve as a change management agent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ambulatory RCM experience
  • Epic experience

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
