Job summary
FHLBank Chicago is seeking a Manager, Business Analytics and Reporting to lead a high-performing analytics team. You will deliver timely insights shaping the Bank’s strategy, operations, and regulatory reporting while modernizing reporting platforms and ensuring clear, data-driven narratives for executives.
You will partner with FP&A and Strategic Planning to connect financial metrics with strategic decisions, manage regulatory reporting, and drive quantifiable improvements across reporting
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience in analytics or leadership roles.
- Proven ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Strong communication and storytelling of complex analyses.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Business Analytics and Reporting team to deliver accurate, timely insights for strategy and reporting.
- Modernize reporting and analytics capabilities to increase efficiency and stakeholder value.
- Collaborate with FP&A and Strategic Planning to integrate financial and business insights.
- Manage regulatory reporting requirements and capital/dividend calculations.
- Drive team staffing, coaching, performance management, and day-to-day matters.
