Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in analytics or finance leadership.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Proven ability to communicate complex analyses clearly.
• Experience with regulatory reporting is a plus.
• Banking or financial services knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Analytics and Reporting team delivering insights for strategy and reporting.
• Deliver accurate, timely insights informing Bank's operations and regulatory reporting.
• Modernize and simplify reporting to improve efficiency and value.
• Partner with FP&A and Strategic Planning to connect financial and business insights.
