Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or similar quantitative field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 7-10 years of experience.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Analytics and Reporting team delivering accurate, timely insights.
• Modernize and simplify reporting for efficiency and value.
• Partner with FP&A and Strategic Planning to craft enterprise narratives.
• Oversee regulatory reporting for FHFA, Office of Finance, and rating agencies.
• Develop advanced analytics, BI, and data visualization capabilities.
