FHLBank Chicago is seeking a senior leader to head the Business Analytics and Reporting team, delivering accurate, timely insights that inform strategy, operations, and regulatory reporting. You will build a high-performing team, advance analytics capabilities, and modernize reporting to create value for stakeholders.

This in-office role emphasizes data-driven decision making and collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or similar quantitative field.
• 7–10 years of experience.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with BI and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with banking industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Analytics and Reporting team delivering insights for strategy and reporting.
• Build a high-performing team and advance analytics capabilities.
• Modernize reporting to increase efficiency and stakeholder value.
• Partner with FP&A and Strategic Planning to align financial and business insights.
• Own capital, retained earnings, and dividend calculations.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and respond to executive requests.
