Symetra in Bellevue, Washington, seeks a Manager of Business Analysis and Solutions to lead a team delivering technology-enabled business solutions within the Benefits Division. You will partner with operations, technology, and vendors to drive operational excellence and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in business operations, business analysis, project management, or related discipline.

• Knowledge of UAT, operational processes, and continuous improvement methodologies.
