Symetra is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure transactions and customer/interactions comply with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and published procedures. The role involves documenting results, providing feedback, and driving quality across the organization.

The analyst will review various interactions, support procedure documentation and training, and participate in projects while performing self-audits and reporting metrics to management.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of cumulative, relevant experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Review financial and non-financial transactions and interactions for quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Document results, provide feedback, and analyze trends for management and staff.
  • Provide subject-matter expertise for procedure documentation and training.
