Build strong relationships with vendors, merchants, and cross-functional teams while identifying opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.**Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities*** Leads and develops a team responsible for creating and executing strategic plans to enhance assigned vendors' eCommerce presence and drive traffic and sales.* Identifies high-impact growth opportunities and monitors project deliverables to ensure timely execution.* Reviews performance reports regularly and communicates key wins and improvement opportunities to stakeholders.* Leads presentations on program success and strategic initiatives to internal and external audiences.* Manages cross-functional partnerships by streamlining processes, aligning resources, and collaborating with vendors and internal teams to improve customer experience.* Drives process improvements and builds program awareness to support vendor retention year over year.* Coordinates and supports vendor program onboarding to ensure smooth and compliant setups.**Nature and Scope*** Solutions require analysis and investigation.* Achieves planned results by decisions and actions based on professional methods, business principles, and practical experience.* Manages a group or team of professional individual contributors and/or indirectly supervises support staff.**Work Environment*** Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.* Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.* Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.**Education and Experience*** Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field. May require certification.
